Once onboard, our First Class service is designed to make your business travel experience as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, as well as enabling you to work en route. You can plug in your laptop, charge your mobile, listen to the at-seat audio, or simply stretch out and enjoy our complimentary drinks and snacks. |
If you’re travelling to or from London for an early morning business meeting, why not enjoy our renowned full English breakfast on the way? Or choose from our frequently updated menus at any time to arrive at your destination refreshed and ready to meet the demands of the day.
All customers will enjoy the convenient, fuss-free service available at our walk-in onboard shop. It’s stocked with toiletries (Pendolino only) books and magazines as well as food and drink, enabling you to avoid that last-minute rush at the station.

At the station
We’re investing in stations across our network to give our customers a smoother, more pleasant travel experience, improving ticket areas, waiting rooms and toilets.
We’re also expanding our car-parking facilities and upgrading them to AA Secured Car Park status, installing CCTV security, additional staffing, and better fencing and lighting.

For those of you who have to travel early to meet business requirements, we have a range of walk-on fares offering complete flexibility to the executive traveller.
Or you can enjoy our First Class complimentary service for little more than the cost of Standard, if you buy a
Advance First ticket by 1800 on the day before you travel.
Save valuable time by buying online and collecting your tickets from one of our FastTicket machines on the station concourse.

Lounges
Ease into the journey by waiting for your train in one of our exclusive lounges (available for First Class ticket holders at London Euston, Manchester Piccadilly, Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham New Street, Coventry and Wolverhampton). |
Offering a quiet, stress-free environment, our lounges are also an ideal extension of the working day for the business traveller, with telephone points, desks, fax photocopiers and wireless broadband Internet access. A range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and daily newspapers are provided free of charge.
Additional facilities in our London Euston lounge include showers and washrooms, a licensed bar and well-equipped meeting room available for hire.
Traveller
Regular First Class business travellers can also enjoy great benefits with our
Traveller business club. Join the select few to experience special privileges including free leisure travel every weekend, reserved priority parking at the station and seating, and complimentary drinks for you and a guest at our First Class lounge at Euston station.
