First Class is the way to travel in style, with wider, reclining seats and more space to work. Each seat has a table and a power point nearby for your laptop or mobile phone. If you'd prefer to sit back and relax, you've got a choice of up to 14 channels on your at seat audio with complimentary headphones. On weekdays, our experienced onboard team will look after you, offering complimentary drinks and food, as well as a free newspaper.

First Class customers on a weekday Pendolino train will receive the very best service from our welcoming onboard team. A great selection of complimentary food and drinks are served throughout the journey with our menu changing weekly to ensure a varied choice for our regular travellers. Customers will also receive a complimentary copy of The Times newspaper as well as headphones to enjoy the at seat audio entertainment system.

Great British Breakfast
Available on services commencing before 09.00
Tuck into a real Great British Breakfast with sizzling bacon, succulent sausage and free range eggs or enjoy a vegetarian feast with potato rosti, mushrooms, spinach and tomato. Or enjoy lighter options such as a bakery basket, cereal or fresh fruit. All washed down with a nice cup of tea, coffee or a refreshing fruit juice.

Breakfast
Available on services commencing between 09.00 and 11.00
Get the day off to a great start with a delicious breakfast. Opt for a hearty cooked breakfast or a lighter option such as a bakery basket or fresh fruit. Other great choices include smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or a freshly prepared toasted sandwich. Enjoy your breakfast with a hot cup of fresh tea or coffee or a chilled fruit juice.

All Day Snacks
Served from 11.00
If you're feeling a bit peckish, we've got just the thing to keep you going - whether you're in the mood for savoury or sweet. Enjoy a delicious sandwich or a hearty soup with rustic bread or choose from our range of delicious cakes or fresh fruit.

Drinks
Drinks served throughout your journey are complimentary.
Alcohol is available from 11.00am to customers aged 18 years and over.

Weekends and Bank Holiday Service
On weekends and bank holidays, First Class customers will receive complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits, which are available to collect from our onboard Shop in coach C.

First Class customers on our peak Pendolino services can now enjoy our new enhanced Pendolino Primo menu for the ultimate First Class experience.

Breakfast
Available on selected services arriving into London Euston between 08.55 and 09.35
Primo Breakfast services take our already Great British Breakfast to a new level, with the introduction of special dishes such as smoked kippers. For those wanting a healthier start to the day, our selection of smoothies, yoghurts, fresh fruit and specialities such as Dorset cereal with berries and cherries are sure to hit the spot.

Afternoon Tea
Available on services departing London Euston between 15.15 and 15.46
Our popular Primo Afternoon Tea is pure indulgence and gives you the chance to enjoy a traditional English afternoon tea which includes delicious sandwich platters and rich indulgent cakes - those with a sweet tooth beware!

Evening Meal
Available on selected services departing London Euston between 17.15 and 18.35
Our Primo Evening Meal offers delicious bistro-style three course meals. Main courses could be sirloin steak, cooked to order by the chef onboard, salmon fillet or a daily vegetarian option such as lemon vegetable stir fry.

We have recently introduced 'Curry Club' on the last Wednesday of each month and a Fish and Chip alternative every Friday. And those travelling shorter journeys could opt for a Quick Snack alternative which could includes tasty selections such as houmous with pitta bread or chicken, or ham and sunblushed tomato pie.

Supper
Served on Primo services north of Preston on journeys longer than 30 minutes. Tuck into delicious soup and sandwiches to keep you going on the last leg of your journey.

First Class customers on Virgin Voyager trains will enjoy the freedom and space to settle back in stress-free comfort and work peacefully, or simply relax. You'll also be offered a range of complimentary goodies to make your journey as comfortable as possible.

Each of our snack boxes have a delicious range of snacks inside, with regular changes to the menu so even the most frequent traveller will be content. A breakfast snack box might contain a white plait roll with bacon (or with cheese and free range eggs for vegetarians), a fruit yoghurt and mixed fresh fruit. At other times of the day you might open it to find a roll filled with brie and grape or chicken and bacon, Penn State sour cream and chive pretzels, Lily O'Brien's Chocolati chocolate and mixed fresh fruit.

On many journeys you'll either be served a snack box at your seat, or you can pick one up from the onboard Shop in coach D.
